Slightly Unhinged Radio — Advertising & Sponsorship Agreement

Agreement version: SUR-SPONSOR-2026-10-15

This Agreement is between Slightly Unhinged Radio (“Station”) and the business identified above (“Sponsor”). The selected sponsorship package and benefits shown on this page are incorporated into this Agreement.

1. Initial commitment and payment: Sponsor commits to an initial three (3) months, paid in full upfront through Stripe ($75 Starter, $150 Growth, or $300 Premium). Application submission does not constitute payment.
2. Renewal and cancellation: At the end of the initial three-month period, Station and Sponsor will discuss by email whether to continue. Continuation is optional and requires Sponsor to separately activate the monthly payment plan through Stripe. No automatic monthly continuation is established by the initial three-month payment. The initial commitment is nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Advertising benefits: Station will provide the advertising and promotional benefits listed for the selected tier. Scheduling and programming placement are at the Station's discretion.
4. Advertising production: Station creates the included advertisement using information provided by Sponsor. Sponsor agrees to provide accurate materials and timely approvals.
5. Content responsibility: Sponsor is responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied claims, offers, and materials, and confirms it has permission to use submitted content.
6. Changes: Requests to revise advertising must be made in writing and may affect scheduling or incur additional agreed costs.
7. Listener offers: Any listener discount or promotional code is optional. If Sponsor chooses to offer one, Sponsor is responsible for honoring its stated terms and restrictions.
8. Category exclusivity: No exclusivity is included unless separately agreed in writing.
9. No results guarantee: Station does not guarantee sales, reach, or specific business outcomes.
10. Entire agreement: This agreement and the selected package's published benefits constitute the parties' sponsorship understanding, except for subsequent written amendments accepted by both parties.
